Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice .
As you have history, if it is random blood sugar then it's quite normal and if it's fasting sugar level then it's on higher side. If possible kindly attach reports. So I will get better idea.
Yes, working on tread Miller may reduce blood sugar level.
Cholesterol level does not affect on blood sugar level. The value 203 is near to normal.
To confirm about sugar levels I would suggest you to do fasting and postprandial blood sugar level with HbA1c level.
To normalize blood sugar level, take low calorie diet including fruits like apples, guava, berries, watermelon, salad, beans and other sprouts, cinnamon. Take small meals.
Along with that avoid ice cream, cake, bakery items, fast foods, processed foods. Do regular regular exercises like brisk walking for 30 minutes daily.

WHEN YOU SAY REPORTS IS THAT THE LAB WORK. NOT SURE HOW TO ATTACH.
THE LAB WORK WAS FOR FASTING.
IF MY CHOLESTERAL IS NEAR NORMAL IS 203 ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT AND SHOULD I STILL TAKE CRESTOR.
IF BLOOD SUGAR IS ON HIGHER SIDE IS THAT A RED FLAG. I AM TO HAVE BLOOD WORK AGAIN IN 6 WEEK.
please see detailed answer.
