Brief Answer:
Multi-speciality approach is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern

I have worked through your attached query in detail.

All your health related issues are not related to Sinusitis.

Tremulouness of hands, handwriting disturbances, emotional expression disturbances are related to symptoms of Parkinson's disease.

Nose and Allergic symptoms are related to Obstructive rhinosinusitis. For this you need to get a HRCT SCAN OF NOSE AND PARANASAL SINUSES to determine further course of action.

Abdominal pain and micturition disturbances are related to underlying prostate disease which is known to have a degenerative and progressive course ultimately requiring surgery, although it's course can be temporarily delayed by medications. An ultrasound abdomen scan is required to know the stage and severity of prostate disease.

For Cervical and Lumbar spondylosis it's advisable to consult a Neurosurgeon with the latest MRI SCAN OF SPINE.

For urinary disturbances it's important to see a Urologist.

Digestive issues are related to possible Gastritis or Gastric erosions/Ulceration and should be addressed by a Gastroenterologist.

Obstructive rhinosinusitis possibly handled by a surgery should be assessed only by an expert otolaryngologist.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you

You should avoid fried and fatty food along with spicy and junk food. Otherwise you can have normal diet.
