Ridlin or adderall are unlikely to help.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.
Ridlin and adderall are used to treat ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), mostly in children. There is no data to suggest that these work in memory loss due to TBI.
On the other hand, rivastigmine has been shown to improve memory in patients with TBI. It is safe and well tolerated.
I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,
Dr Sudhir Kumar MD (Internal Medicine), DM (Neurology) XXXXXXX Consultant Neurologist

Detailed Answer:
I went through the link sent by you and also came across a few additional research papers regarding use of ritalin in TBI. Studies have reported mild to moderate benefit in improving brain functions following TBI. So, you can use it under the guidance of a neurologist, who has experience in using this product.
Best wishes,
