Brief Answer:
First try home remedies

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in HCM

I can understand your concern

Rigidity, or the stiffness and inflexibility of the limbs, neck or trunk, is one of the primary motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease (PD), although not all patients with PD experience rigidity. ... Along with bradykinesia, rigidity may cause a person with PD to not swing their arms when walking.

I would recommend first choice to try several home remedies as follows and to see if you will feel improvement:

Apply a warm compress or heating pad to the affected muscle to help relax rigid muscles.
Gently stretch your stiff muscle to help relax it.
Avoid strenuous activity that may trigger the muscle to become rigid again.
Encourage the muscles to relax using massage, yoga, or tai chi.

It the above will not be helpful than you can discuss with your doctor for medical treatment of rigidity

Hope to have been helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern but unfortunately as I explained above these are part of the based disease you currently are treated.Try to do the above and you can add also a general physiotherapy in specialised centers and to see if they can help you to relieve and help the muscles to relax and not to contract so much.

Usually the most contracted muscles in such condition are the longissimus spinalis bilaterally and which give pain and discomfort mostly

You can also try Muscoflex orally twice for some days with the hope it might help you.
