Brief Answer:
Bowel or spleen problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using "Ask a doctor" to post your health concern.

From what you are describing it seems like it is a bowel problem. Even if you say the bowel movements are fine, it can be diverticulitis which presents exactly in the way you are describing.
It can also be related with the slpeen, but in this case you would also feel a bloating in that side of the stomach.

What I suggest is to consider doing an ultrasound of the belly to check if the organs are doing ok, and then if everything is ok, it confirms automatically that it is related with the bowel. In this case I would recommend a visit by an gastroenterologist who can suggest specific tests and follow you further.

Hope this helps.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
