Hello, and welcome Mr. Mulholland to 'Ask A Doctor'.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You are safe with both medicines.
Adults who have rheumatoid arthritis sometimes take as much as 1000mg of aspirin per dose.
The dose of fish oil should not be toxic to an adult.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.

Should I concerned about bleeding
Brief Answer:
Concern about a side effect of aspirin
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back Mr. Mulholland to Ask A Doctor. I am glad to help you again.
I do not think that you have to be considered about GI bleeding IF you took aspirin 1000 mg ONLY once.
I think it is a good idea to protect your stomach lining by taking an antacid or a glass of milk.
If you have further questions, I will be happy to help.
