Brief Answer:
You seem to have an infection of Testis (Orchitis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.

You have not narrated your problems completely in your query.

Based on the previous episode of similar complains that you had and present episode
It seems that you have developed an infection of Testis (Orchitis)

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get the following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Ultrasound Scanning of the scrotum

Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and final diagnosis

In the meantime start taking broad-spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime (prescription from the local physician may be required) and anti-inflammatory drug like Diclofenac along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily. Later on, switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water to keep urine dilute

Hope I have answered your query, please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you

in my amateur research I also was guessing it could be epididymitis?

Either way, am I in the same boat?

Thank again.
