Question: I always do have lower back pain
Brief Answer:
Please send details
Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
I have read the question and there is not much- only persistent low back pain .
there could be multiple causes for persistent back pain - starting with disc prolapse , lumbar spondylosis or mechanical // postural problems.
I would need x rays , clinical examination and / or MRI of lower back .
In general terms , majority of the problems will go away with medication( only for temporary use) , Posture control and Exercises( to strengthen lower back and hip muscles).
Please send the details as above for better guidance.
Hope to hear from you soon.

I have sent you my reports doc.
Brief Answer:
Pl see below
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through the report and it says large disc extrusion at L5-S1 with cephalad migration. This extruded disc ( a severe form of prolapse disc) is causing pressure on the nerves.
In my opinion this should be operated for better results. operative approach has to be decided by operating surgeon.
If you do not get operated , the problem may remain there for longer period resulting in residual pain and stiffness. It will be better to discuss the alternatives with your doctor.
Thanks
