Brief Answer:
Listeria unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.

Listeria is unlikely to grow so quickly in the pasteurized milk.

Moreover, if the taste was fine and there was no altered smell in the yogurt, then there is nothing to worry.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
