Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Your period as you describe it is lasting too long.
The brown blood, as you describe it, is normal blood but in small amount staying in vagina longer.
A normal period should last for four days.
The irregularities you are having are show possibly hormone imbalance.
You should also di service total blood count and platelets count , blood coagulation factors, check for coagulation problems.
Taking oral estroprogestative contraceptionives can help you have more regular periods.
Hope I have answered the question.
