Hi doctor I have uploaded picture now
Brief Answer:
Seems like Petechiae.Nothing to be worried.Observe these spots.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome
I have reviewed your photographs attached. As far as i have observed it seems like Petechiae. Petechiae are formed when tiny blood vessels called capillaries break open. When these blood vessels break, blood leaks and form red spots.
Petechiae found on at floor of mouth is sign of throat infection, stress, vitamin B , C deficiency or iron deficiency.
So there is nothing to be worried so much it will go on its own, it is not cancerous . Petechiae you have observed in mouth might be due to stress or hot and spicy food or due to vitamin or iron deficiency .
I will suggest you to observe these red dots if it increases or observed in skin or if you have any symptoms like fever , itching in throat then consult your doctor for clinical observation.
I will also suggest you to don't take stress, take vitamin and iron rich diet like green vegetables , cereals , fruits and vitamin and iron supplements prescribed by your doctor. Drink lukewarm water.
Hope this will help you.
If you have further query i will be happy to help. Feel free to ask .
Thanks & Regards .
