Brief Answer:
Stop vitamin D for now and restrict calcium intake in the diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

Vitamin D toxicity happens mostly when it is taken in large doses for months.

In your case, stoping vitamin D for a couple of weeks, restricting calcium intake by the diet, and staying well hydrated should be sufficient.

In case of any worsening of your symptoms (frequent urination, vomiting, etc.) you should see your Doctor.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask if you have further questions.
