I Am 28 On Monday. Normally Fit And Well. I
Question: I am 28 on Monday. Normally fit and well. I have large boobs and they have stretch marks so makes the skin a little harder to see anyway.
I am very itchy lately on my boobs (I have shaved the share of them in the past tho) it’s all over my chest area it’s itchy.
I googled and it could be a sign of Brest cancer.
I then noticed I have large pores which is worrying, I wouldn’t say I have heat to touch.
I can see the pores in my chest and stomach but not as bad.
I have possible fibro and costocontrdits aswell as. I have pain in but I think it could be so with that.
I am 1 day late for period
I will attach some pictures of skin on my boob.

No lump
No discharge
I don’t think there’s any pulling in, (can you see any on pictures?)
I wonder if pain is coming from behind boob as in muscle?

Brief Answer:
Probably nothing to be worried about.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
It does not look like something to be worried about.
The itchiness can be related to dermatitis which is an inflammation of the skin.
The pain is probably related to costochondritis or a muscle issue.
I recommend using an anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.
I also suggest to use a mild steroid cream for local application such as Hydrocortisone cream.
If the symptoms continue I recommend to do a mammogram for further evaluation.
Hope it helps dear.
Take care,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
