Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in detail...

First and foremost, it is recommended that you should get yourself thoroughly checked up by a Pulmonologist/Chest Physician...along with it, there will be a need to undergo a few examinations i.e. Chest X-ray, X-ray of the PNS, Complete allergic panel assessment, CBC, ESR, etc...

Based on the findings, the exact cause of the allergy will be determined...management can be done afterward...unsupervised prolonged intake of cetirizine is not recommended...

You can try simple steam inhalation twice daily with putting a few drops of eucalyptus oil for some symptomatic relief in the interim...

Take Care
Kind Regards
