I Am 30 Years Old Male. 3 Years Ago In

Question: I am 30 years old male. 3 years ago in 2016 I had done abdomen sonography in routine check-up there is observation that" liver is normal in size and shows increased echotexture" means" grade -1 fatty liver".
After 3 years in 2019 ,i had done abdomen sonography for routine check-up. There's is " liver is enlarged size of 15.3 cm with normal homogeneous echotexture"" mild hepatomegaly". I think it means" liver is enlarged but no fatty liver" is this true?
Liver function tests :- normal , SGPT :- 32 , SGOT :- 25 , BILIBURIN :- 0.6
cholesterol tests :- normal , SRUM CHOL :- 145 , TRYGLYCERIDE :- 104 , HDL :- 45 , LDL :- 79
fasting blood sugar :- normal :- 91
height :- 158, weight :- 66
1st sonography there is grade-1 fatty liver and another sonography has mild hepatomegaly.
What is the treatment required for mild hepatomegaly ?
is it because of grade - 1 fatty liver? Is grade - 1 fatty liver is still present there? What is normal size of liver?

Brief Answer:
As detailed question by question
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your detailed feedback.
The average liver span in the midclavicular line was 14.0 +/- 1.7 cm on ultrasonography in adults. Your recent report says it to be 15.3 hence said to be mild hepatomegaly.
We can say this to be within range if the other liver parameters by blood tests are within normal limits.
You have normal liver functions. There are no symptoms hence the advised is wait and watch that is review the investigations if needed.
Normal homogeneous echotexture means there are no changes of fatty liver in the recent scan. So no fatty liver is present at the moment.
I hope this answers all your queries.

Brief Answer:
As discussed
Detailed Answer:
Low vitamin levels affect the whole body, hence can affect liver also.
Particular Vitamin deficiency should be treated by a Doctor as per the clinical picture and lab levels. Please consult your treating Doctor for appropriate doses.
Please get your Ultrasonography repeated so that we will know the present status of liver. As discussed above hepatomegaly is ''mild''.
Take care.
