Correction of abnormal findings may help a lot.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reports and feedback.
Please consult your Doctor for correction of Vitamins deficiency, correct doses and duration and repeat tests after one month to see further necessity.
As for the lipid profile, your Doctor will give you medicines and in addition you have to start exercises. You have controlled your diet it seems.
All the medicines are prescription based hence the need for valid prescription.
Repeat liver function tests may show normal. SGPT is slightly raised alone with Direct bilirubin. No specific cause can be attributed for slight elevation.
Good to know that Thyroid functions and other reports are normal.
Correction of Vitamin B12 and D helps a lot and may help to subside your present symptoms.
X-ray chest showing the changes has to be correlated with respiratory or other symptoms which you do not have.
I would advise you the following in addition:
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
Repeat Liver functions.
Repeat lipid profile and vitamins after say one month of treatment.
Take care.
Covid19 worries everyone.
And give feedback.
