Question:
I am 35 years old male single. I am feeling depressed for last 6 months due to bussiness/ carrier un improvement.
I have gas trouble for last 2 years. That is burping and stomach fullness. It will go after sometimes and come again. But last 3 months ,it is not improving.
No pain but discomfort feeling and weekness. No deiria, and vomiting. Last week I used syrup but no improvement.
LFT, blood and urine test are normal.
Esr value is 10.
Is it bacterial, viral or other infection
Is it pancreatic disorder .

Pancreatic causes are unlikely.
As of now you can take antacids like pantoprazole or omeprazole for symptomatic relief.
Avoid spicy foods and include more fruits and vegetables in the diet.
If the symptoms are severe, you can get an CT scan of abdomen to rule out any intra abdominal causes.
Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a lot.
