Question: I am 39 is this normal ? Recently I have irregular period. either light or heavy and skipped one period.
pap smear result was clear ..
My AMH Level is 1.1ng/...
thyroid gland is okay
didn't check for cyst.. or test for vitamin D or others
I am a smoker My mom's age at menopause is 42.
Q: is my AMH level normal ? or should i am in perimenopause ?
Q; period is 10 days late ? what could be a cause ?

Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached report. Your AMH levels are decreased. This does suggest a low ovarian reserve and is suggestive of an early menopause.
You can get the test repeated if the periods remain irregular for another 2-3 cycles.
The delay in periods can be due to a mild hormonal disturbance. You can do a home pregnancy test and if pregnancy is ruled out then do consult a gynaecologist and get hormonal tablets prescribed for a withdrawal bleeding.
