I Am 41years Old. Have Had Two Kids And Now

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern.
I have gone through your query and would like to offer some information.
Siphene contains Clomiphene which is used to induce ovulation. This is given as initial medication in an induced cycle and if necessary, followed up with gonadotropin supplements.
I do not understand why you should be taking medication to induce ovulation, since you already have been induced using FSH. The size of the follicle is good enough and follow up is needed to see if ovulation occurs. Please clarify with your doctor.
If basal body temperature is being tracked, ovulation is indicated by rise in the temperature and if conception occurs, this rise persists.
Hence, if the ovum is released and proper precautions are followed including regular intercourse and excluding other impeding factors, you have a decent chance of success.
Hope you find this information useful. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.
regards,
Shanti.V.

Timing of medication is important.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back.
The timing of the medication is important to achieve expected results. Also, if your doctor is planning IVF, you would be given prior information. Seleg is better as a vaginal tablet so as to be more effective with little side effects. This is preferably administered soon after menstruation to achieve good endometrial lining. Please confirm the timing and use it.
Hope this helps. Please get back if you need anything else.
regards,

Hello,
Thanks for writing again.
In the current scenario, considering your age and the dwindling ovarian reserve that goes with it, it is possible that your doctor may suggest alternate methods if conception fails to occur in a few cycles.
Also, improvement of endothelial lining, though advised in the needy case, is often used as a preparation for embryo implantation during IVF.
This is why I mentioned it. It is only for your additional information. Do not worry.
Wish you good health.
regards,
