Brief Answer:
Can be due to anxiety and rheumatoid arthritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Itching an cause difficulty in falling asleep. This can also be related to anxiety. Itching can be related to hypothyroidism also. You need to get your thyroid hormone levels checked and see if the doses need to be revised. Taking a mild antianxiety drug after consulting your physician will also help.
The swelling of the joints is related to rheumatoid arthritis. Sometimes only alternative therapies might not be sufficient to control all the symptoms and severe problem. It is best to consult a rheumatologist and get some specific drugs prescribed to reduce the joint inflammation.

Hello Dr. XXXXXXX

Thank you for your suggestions.

I would like to inform you that my Itching is mainly in the private parts when I go to bed.

In the test reports that I have attached I believe that the thyroid hormone levels checked and you can find the results?

Regards
