Question: I am 56 year old female and all of a sudden I am having stinging burning pains throughout my right breast

As per your description,it looks like Mastalgia.
It is related to Hormonal disturbances usually.
Apart from Anti inflammatory tablet,I prescribe Capsule Danazol 100mg twice daily till symptoms subside to my patients with similar complaints.
If there is no response after 2 weeks, you should consult a Breast Surgeon and get a Mammogram.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
