I Am 59 And Have IGA Nephropathy For The Past

Question: I am 59 and have IGA nephropathy for the past 9 years which is being treated with Cardace 10 mg, Minipress XL 2.5+ 5 mg, Lipitor 10 mg, and fish oil capsules. I had an ultrasound in XXXXXXX 2019 which showed normal kidneys. In addition I have a benign prostrate enlargement (Grade 3) - no medication. BP is around 130/80.
My enlarged prostrate (BPH) has been there since XXXXXXX 2016. I do not have any symptoms of prostrate enlargement and hence do not take any medication.
Please suggest homeopathic medication to reduce the size of my prostrate enlargement. I do not have any other symptoms of prostrate, only an enlarged prostrate.
