Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this could be due to a number of causes including insufficient arterial blood supply predisposed by prolonged smoking habit, hypoparathyroidism, dehydration or mineral difficiency specifically calcium, potassium and magnesium.. So, I would recommend that you get a duplex ultrasound on your legs to assess your vuscular supply and get a blood test for the levels of parathyroid hormone , calcium, potassium and magnesium..
Another reason for your symptoms could be impaired renal functions, so I would also recommend that you get a blood test to check on your renal functions including urea and creatinine. I hope you find this helpful..
