Brief Answer:
As discussed

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for attachment.
All the papers date back to one year or so.
Commonest cause of itching can be dermatitis, fungal infections and thus need appropriate antihistamine and topical lotions as per the finding on inspection, preferably by a Dermatologist.
Noted about Adenoma of right adrenal gland and mass in terminal ileum.
I hope further studies about the tumor markers, hormonal studies related to both masses, may be FNAC or excision done. Please provide details of the same. It is possible to find the cause of your symptoms related to these tumors.
There is nothing called as abdominal muscle displacement in Allopathy.
Hence please get the clinical examination done to see for the possible cause which may be in the spinal cord compression causing referred pain and muscle spasm; additional studies such as nerve conduction studies may help if there is an actual muscular spasm. MRI of the spinal cord may help and to be done if the clinical examination suggests so.
The treatment will obviously depend upon the actual findings.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please give more and recent information.
Feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
