I Am STD Free To My Knowledge As I’ve Been

Question: I am STD free to my knowledge as I’ve been in a monogamous relationship for years. However I recently was really dumb and let a girl I don’t know at all (relieve me with her hand) she used her saliva to lubricate. However there was absolutely no vaginal or oral insertion.
Should I be concerned?
I am going to provide my XXXXXXX but please do not contact me through it! I need the discretion of email.

should i be concerned about an STD?
Brief Answer:
No risk of STD in such cases
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
The contact you had to your genitals with the saliva of a possibly infected person is not a risky exposure to STD.
Enzymes in the saliva neutralize many viral particles. This may be true even if the saliva contains blood.
This contact you had has a risk almost zero that you can contract STD through it.
I don't think you need to do further STD tests, you should not be concerned about it.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
