I Am XXXXXXX From XXXXXXX 31 Year Old. Besically I
Question: I am XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX 31 year old. Besically I had a asturbator since 10 years. Presently I am getting pain at right nephron as well as both legs and hands also feeling a dizzy at head simultaneously. What I do please suggest me sir. Is there any serious problems

Do you mean scrotum and testis or kidney by saying nephron?
Any other symptoms like burning while passing urine, any blood in urine or need to go for passing urine frequently?
Pain in both legs and hands, dizziness can be due to many a reasons like viral infection or bacterial infection in things related to urinary tract.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation.
You need to check the blood and urine.
You may also need an ultrasound examination of abdomen and scrotum.
This will give a better diagnosis and a plan for proper management.
Till then you may please take an anti-inflammatory like Paracetamol and antispasmodic like Dicyclomine or Hyocimax.
Take plenty of oral fluids.
Take rest too as you are feeling dizzy.
