Question: I am a 22 year old male I was peeing in a public bathroom and someone scared me so I forced stopped the flow of urine and it hurt . But right after that I saw blood in my urine and now every time I pee I see blood .

Based on the facts that you have posted blood in urine that you have after sudden stoppage while urinating is most likely to be due to trivial injury to urethra.

Take antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a week.

Monitor your urine stream for couple of days.In case it becomes poor or weak it is an indication of narrowing of urethra (Stricture) formation which is a sequels of urethral injury.In such situation which may develop after few months you may have to consult qualified Urologist for evaluation and further treatment .
