I Am A 27 Year Old Male And I Have

This went on for more than a year and I didn't think I should be worried.
Only a few days ago I started sensing a minor pain at the tip of my penis. The slight burn/sting type of feeling ONLY occurred when the tip of my penis directly touched the underwear or if I touched the tip myself with my finger(and not any part of the tip, the exit of the urethra exactly).
I decided to go to a urologist once and for all and he asked me all the needed questions and checked the tip of my penis. He said that everything looks perfectly fine. He suggested I do a urine test. I did it and there was no infection as well and that the slight burn or sting I'm feeling might just be because of an internal irritation that will go away on its own.
He then suggested I do a cystoscopy which frankly I am a bit worried about it as I'm sure many men would be. But then again he claimed there is absolutely no urgency to do it considering my case.
What could possibly be the problem? I haven't ejaculated since the pain started(around 5 days ago) and my pee is as mentioned above - normal but spraying for less than a second at the very beginning and the slight burn is still there. And what should I avoid doing for it to get better?
Could be mostly due to flimsy stricture of terminal part of Urethra .
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted spraying of urinary stream that you have is mostly due to narrowing of terminal part of Urethra (Fassa Navicularis) due to flimsy stricture of urethra caused by mild infection or trivial trauma .
Ideally it is to be confirmed by either radiological study called Retrograde Cysto Urethrogram(RGU) or by an Endoscopic Examination ( Urethrocystoscopy).
If you are scared of doing Cystoscopy get the urethra dilated by Urologist under local anesthesia .This is very simple procedure done as a out patient procedure and does not require hospitalization .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
