I Am A 34 Year Old Female. I'm On Trazadone
Question: I am a 34 year old female. I'm on trazadone, lisinopril and gabapentin.
I have a bruise on my back that started out as an itchy red bump 2 weeks ago. My husband looked at it and there was no tic. Friday I noticed my back hurt to lean back in a chair. When I looked it had formed a bruise around bump. Fast forward to Monday and the bruise was bigger and hurt more. It hirts my back, left buttock and cramps in left thigh. Dr said she didn't know what it was. She prescribed me a cream that is supposed to work like ibiprofen. She said it won't make the bruise smaller or heal it but it may help the pain. So far no luck withs that. Any ideas

I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the pictures you attached and the first one seems like a pinhole and rash around which looks typically as an insect bite. The other picture shows a haematoma or bruising on the back. I don't think this can be Lyme because it doesn't look like Lyme rash.
It looks like an insect bite and possibly spider bite which may have caused the injury and haematoma. It can also be the cause of the pain.
The anti-inflammatory gel you are having is not working on relieving the pain so you better use acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain.
Use cold compresses on the bruising. The bruising will go gradually.
