I Am A 35 Year Old Male. After Having A

Question: I am a 35 year old male. After having a very vigorous sexual activity with lady sunday night, i have been running into a few issues over the past week or so. First issue, is that the next day, I began to have issues with a tingly sensation at the tip of my penis, and little droplets of what look like pre-ejaculate leave my penis every hour or so, and my sex drive has been completely gone since then. On Thursday(4 days after that original night), I am able to masturbate, and I have absolute no power behind my ejaculate, and shortly thereafter, I realize, I don't have a lot of power behind my urination as well. I have also been quite bloated and gassy, limited appetite throughout the week, feels like a weaker bladder than normal, and haven't had many solid stools in that time. Now, it is Saturday, and while I have phone appointment tomorrow morning, I am trying to maybe get an idea of what I could be walking into. The person I slept with had only slept with her ex-bf, and myself, and I had only slept with my ex-gf and her over the past year, and late XXXXXXX the "sunday-lover" had been tested negative for all sti's. Based on the symptoms I've given, what do you think my issue(s) most likely could be? Thank you in advance,
Brief Answer:
Regarding genital symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.
Urethral discharge per se after an unprotected/ risky sexual exposure can be due to common STIs like chlamydia, gonorrhea. I suggest you to take a test for urine microscopy and a urine spot test for these 2 STIs. Your GI symptoms are not specific to any STI as is your loss of appetite. These are general symptoms and can be attributed to anxiety
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Would anything in particular be causing my lack of, what seems like, control of power of urination or ejaculation? When I masturbate, it was almost like I wasn't able to really be "stimulated"(I could still get erect, but seemed to have lost all power behind the ejaculation), it more just came out and almost "pooled". Same with urination, very little power behind it at all.
