I Am A 40 Yr Old Male, 340lbs. I Have

Question: I am a 40 yr old male, 340lbs. I have been experiencing the following symptoms. Pain along my whole right side with numbness and tingling including in my face, arms, trunk and legs. The face is actually mostly numb on the right side with minimal pain. I had a neck MRI to check for pinched nerves. It showed foarminal narrowing but more severe on the left and a follow up EMG showed no pinched nerve. What is strange is that movement of my right eye seems to trigger the symptoms. Gently pressing on my right eye causes the pins and needles feeling throughout my right side and some pain shooting through that side. It was suggested I get a brain MRI to check for Multiple Sclerosis but I don't know if that is a possibility. I also had early stage kidney cancer removed a few years ago but it was very low risk to spread.
The neck MRI did not show signs of MS in the spine. I had a XXXXXXX MRI 5 years ago (I have migraines and the specialist required everyone have a brain MRI before starting with the practice). The symptoms are constant so they do not appear to be related to any of my migraines. Does the brain MRI seem like a reasonable test at this point and are there any other conditions I should be investigating other than MS at this point.

Brief Answer:
Yes, You should proceed with MRI as soon as possible...
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I too totally agree to proceed with brain MRI as the next step, plus EEG studies. I suspect a possible stroke, seizures or any other brain abnormalities. But that should get confirmed.
Furthermore, taking into account your personal history of kidney cancer, we should get another re-evaluation of the kidneys to rule out possible relapse.
I really hope there's no relapse, but still thinking you should go for MRI and other tests as would be prescribed by your neurologist.
All the best.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
