I Am A 44 Year Old Female. I Have A

Question: I am a 44 year old female. I have a history of tachycardia over the course of the past year or so I've had a holter monitor along with two echos. Today I briefly experienced a flip flopping sensation in my chest. This lasted for a few seconds then my anxiety started kicking in and my heartrate went to about 120 for a while and slowly returned to normal. My question is is this simply a palpation and should I be concerned.
Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello There,
After going through your medical query, I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that palpitations can commonly happen because of gastritis, dehydration, smoking, anxiety or underlying heart disease. If your previous cardiac evaluation was normal then probably need not to worry.
For proper opinion, I would like to tell to know if:
1. You are taking any medication
2. Your menstrual status
3. Any family cardiac history
4. If available, Kindly upload your Holter and echo reports for a detailed review
Kindly get back with me with the required information.
Kind Regards

Thank you for the timely reply. I am currently taking prilosec for GERD. I am experiencing my period right now. I still menstrate on a regular basis. I do not have access to my reports. Last echo was approximately one year ago. I have a ECG app on my watch which indicates a normal rhythm (although not sure how accurate that is) I also have exerienced Tachycardia episodes doctor believes caused by anxiety.
Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
If your symptoms are frequent then you should get an ecg done and show it to me to rule out any sort of rhythm variation because without seeing an ecg it’s difficult to know any rhythm variations.
Yes stress and anxiety are important and most common cause of palpitations or fluttering sensations.
Kind Regards
