Brief Answer:
You should go at the emergency room for proper treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are many medical conditions that can cause heavy bleeding after intercourse.

I suggest seeing a gynecologist or go in the emergency room for further evaluation.

I recommend to do a complete blood count and a pelvic ultrasound for further evaluation.

In the emergency room, you may also take proper care to manage the bleeding.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
