Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma’am
I can certainly understand your concern.
I have worked through your attached query in detail.
As per your symptoms you possibly seem to have experience acute stress reaction post separation with your partner.
This require treatment with a short course of medications like SSRIs like Paroxiteine. This pill might take 3 weeks to show its full effect.
Additionally hormone replacement therapy may be required in case if you experience frequent mood shifts.
HRT should be taken only after consulting your Gynecologist following a proper baseline blood work up.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

I currently take Zoloft, Buspirone,andXanax.
When the crying hits it is uncontrollable. I just had an episode earlier. My Xanax is .5. 2x/day. Howeveriamtaking oneextrato get through this.
I really don't want HRT unless absolutely necessary. I'd prefer other ways of coping.
In two weeks I start teaching again ... for a teacher on maternity leave and that will help.
I lost my dad in February... we were very close and I had a grandson born at that time prematurely.... he was in NICU for about two months, but is now doing well. It's just been too much to deal with lately. My finances are terrible and I've never had serious issues there. Everything is piling up and I feel like I'm breaking to pieces.
If you think I need more or different meds, I will go to the doctor, but I don't have health insurance, and really can't afford it at this time.

Why does it take so long for a reply?
Brief Answer:
HRT is not required at this point

I sincerely apologise for the delayed response owing to an unexpected work schedules.
As per your latest narration, many of your symptoms point to a depressive disorder which is quite understandable in the scenario of stressors which you are going through.
it's not logical to depend on both Buspirone and Xanax as they both are functionally anti-anxiety medication.
Instead it's advisable to increase the dosage of Zoloft gradually upto 200 mg to stabilize your mood. ZOLOFT is a SSRI.
SSRIs are the treatment of choice in depression.
At this point I don't think HRT is required.
Please speak to your psychiatrist to increase the dosage of Zoloft gradually and eliminate either Xanax or Buspirone by gradual tapering.
You can also try meditation to de-stress.
