Brief Answer:
Firstly do a heart check up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think the pain in left shoulder you are having may be caused by heart conditions.
I can suggest you to do firstly an ECG to check heart rhythm and even an echocardiography or ultrasound of heart and TnT protein to check for organic conditions.
Then if the heart check up comes out clean the pain can be muscular pain, bursitis of shoulder or neck spondyloarthrosis.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
