Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorders.
As the dizziness is triggered by head and neck movements, it could be related to chronic degeneration of the cervical vertebral column or an inner ear disorder.
For this reason, I would recommend consulting first with an ENT specialist for a physical exam and checking labyrinthine tests.
A cervical spine X Ray study is also necessary.
In the meantime, I would recommend taking meclizine or dimenhydrinate for the dizziness.
A close monitoring of your blood pressure values and some rest is necessary.
If these symptoms do not improve, a brain MRI may be needed.
Hope to have been helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
