I Am A 69 Y.o. Female With An Alk Phos

Question: I am a 69 y.o. female with an alk phos of 139 and GGT 201. All other LFT's are normal. Had liver US, abdominal CT scan which showed gallstones; no biliary dilatation seen; 3 cm hypoechoic area in the right lobe of liver adjacent to gallbladder. Hepatic veins are seen traversing this area and do not appear displaced or narrowed. May represent area of focal fatty deposition. I also had MRI which showed suspicious lesion. To have biopsy this week. LDH normal and alpha fetoprotein 2.0. I am told may have bile duct cancer. I have no symptoms. Would like your thoughts. Thank you.

MRI results
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking
I have gone carefully through your question.I will suggest you to weit for the biopsy results, because it’s very confident exam for the cancer diagnosis.
Sometimes it’s not that easy to have cancer diagnosis only with CT scan or MRI.Also you may have tumor markers test blood like CA 19,9 and CEA.
Feel free to ask further
