Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that these spikes in blood pressure values are likely to be related to renal disease.

These blood pressure values, do not impose the need to go to the ER, but I would recommend consulting with your attending physician as soon as possible for a physical exam and discussing the optimization of your antihypertensive therapy, in order to have better management of blood pressure values.

In this regard, increasing the dose of your actual therapy or adding new antihypertensive drugs will help avoid these spikes in blood pressure values.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
