Get steroid injection in your elbow

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

there are few treatments for tennis elbow, take anti inflammatory medicines along with physiotherapy and brace and if not relieved by that than take a steroid injection in your elbow ,if still not relieves thsn only surgery is the option.
due to covid 19 if you dont want to go to doctor take over the counter anti inflammatory medicines, give hot fomentation, apply diclofenac gel,but if you cant relieved by those than go to the doctor anyway.
