I Am A Male. I Received Unprotected Oral Sex For

Question: I am a Male. I received unprotected oral sex for about a minute and then used protection for oral and normal sex. Approximately 10 hours later I noticed two bumps on the outside of my foreskin. I am concerned about STIs, but from researching it seems too soon to be anything, the bumps dont hurt or are not itchy. Is this cause for concern? What steps should I take?
Brief Answer:
Kindly upload images
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Unprotected oral sex caries a risk for transmission of herpes simplex virus infection, most commonly though deep oral could be associated with risk of gonorrhoea and chlamydia. HIV is not a risk with oral. I request you to kindly upload a few images of the area in "reports section" so that I am able to have a look at bumps and guide you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Brief Answer:
Regarding genital lesions.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I need a better image, preferably 2-3 in better lighting. This one is a bit blurred. Anyways, this is not looking like herpes. Seems like they are fordyce spots or prominent sebaceous glands. Moreover, genital herpes usually presents with either fluid filled vesicles or erosions whereas this seems like intact skin.
take care.

Thank you. I have added two more clearer pictures. I believe you are right though as they seem to have cleared up a little. Please review and confirm once more as it is much appreciated. I will still get tested in a months time to cover all bases.
