Endoscopy or Barium swallow to be done.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query my dear patient,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
As per the query all the organs inside body are called viscera like heart ,stomach, esophagus and Golden rule of medicine is that Viscera never speaks(you can not feel it) However when a person is getting sensation that food is unable to pass or is sticking etc there is something wrong definitely.
I would suggest you to visit a Gastroenterologist in person and get a barium swallow test or Endoscopy done to rule out any blockage or condition like Achalasia.
Thanks!
