Brief Answer:
Antifungals can be tried.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

As first-line management, you can apply over the counter available antifungals like Clotrimazole after cleaning with soap and water.

Personal hygiene is an important factor to prevent further infections. Please keep the area dry and avoid wearing tight undergarments.

If the symptoms persist a culture sensitivity study is required to confirm the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Then it can be a smegma.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It can be a smegma. Which is nothing but a white, foul smelling substance collects underneath the foreskin of uncircumcised men, who don’t clean the area well.
Antifungals is not required.
As of now, gently pullback the foreskin and clean the area with soap and water. Repeat the process multiple times.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
A baby soap will be a good option.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes, smegma itself can cause irritation to external opening.
You can use mild soap and warm water. Avoid scented soaps as it will cause irritation. A baby soap will be a goof choice.
