Brief Answer:
Urinary track infection under treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the reports and an urinary track infection is seen and he is taking the treatment for it.
Also impaired kidney function is seen since since urea and creatinine levels in blood are elevated.
PSA is in normal range. Glucose levels and lipids in blood are within normal range. The TSH is low and can show hyperthyroidism.
The right way to follow up the case is to finish treatment and do at least 5days of rest and repeat the urine analysis to see the effectiveness of the treatment.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Urine culture suggested

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again

Amikacin and Urimax work well in UTI and are recommended often. If you want to verify if he is cured or not do a urine analysis at least 5days of stopping treatment.

If the infection continues you may need to do a Urine culture sensitivity study to check which bacteria is causing it and the treatment which is currently taking.
