Brief Answer:
Going to hospital can be best option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am sorry about this situation. If he has been throwing up for 12 hours he may be dehydrated. Also headache and lack of energy may be symptom of dehydration and hypotension.
He may need to go to the hospital as soon as possible to get evaluated and get rehydrated intravenously.
Going to hospital can be the best option.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
