I Am Concerned About The Itching Than Of Pigmentation Mark
Question: Hello doctor, i have attached a picture of my side nose part & have arrow marked the area which my query is for. The marked area what shows as hyperpigmentation like mark is on both sides of nose apparently which even goes towards eye & its upper skin. I have reason to believe this has occur overtime due to some reaction from my spectacles which is of plastic holder base & i have been wearing it for nearly several years now.
The main issue is these itch from time to time & i am much more concerned about the itching than of pigmentation mark. Please recommend some cost effective cream or related that can be applied on these to cure this permanently, keeping in fact that even eye upper skin is partially involved.

You are correct, it is post inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to friction from specs.
You can use desonide lotion 0.05 % daily in night for 7 days.
This should control itch.
After 7 days you can use Ritch cream daily in night to prevent further damage to your skin.
If possible look for glasses where nose clip is not there.
This should help you.

Thanks for your reply doctor, can both creams you have mentioned be applied on eye upper skin as well?? The nose skin part which goes towards corner of eye is involved as well including slight upper eye skin.
