I have sores and what seems like cuts that are draining and are extremely painful, especially during urination. I was with someone last week but we did not have intercourse. He did use his fingers and mouth.

Brief Answer:
These could be genital herpes (HSV 1) or just vaginal candidiasis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in"Ask a Doctor".
I am sorry for my late response.

Based on your history having just fingering and oral sex I think these could be genital herpes (HSV 1) or just vaginal candidiasis.
Please could you send me an attached picture of these sores to define better the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query.

Brief Answer:
I think this could be more probably vaginal candidiasis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back.
I am sorry for my late response as I was in the shift.

I have seen your picture carefully and based on your symptoms (without vesicular elements). I
think this could be more probably vaginal candidiasis. I suggest to use Clotrimazole cream or ovule.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
