At present he can seat, walk little with the help of stick but can not move outside hone. But he gets his breath uneasy when either he talks, walks. While eating he complains about extra liquid in mouth which results in to that he can not have taste of food. He is 6ft tall . His weight is 56 Kg.
I am confused about his medication. So can you please help me ?

Brief Answer:
Not sure about prostate cancer stage and treatment done so far in him
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I understand your concerns. However, to help you, I need the following at least, biopsy report of prostate cancer, PSA level and scan reports suggesting where all it has spread. I would also need to know what treatment has been done for prostate cancer.
Most of his symptoms as mentioned may be due to his paralysis or lakva. Stage 4 prostate cancer can cause low hemoglobin and breathlessness.
Usually we treat stage 4 prostate cancer with hormone injections and tablet. The disease is incurable but well controllable.
Hope this helps.
Regards
