Question: I am considering stem cell injections into the penis to recover sensitivity. I a very fit/healthy 57 yr man and very sexually active. The last two years I have noticed almost a complete loss of sensitivity and very small ejaculations.
My doctor to inject into the corpus spongiosum, the other two cavities. I am concerned about damage due to nerves and it being such a small area.

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have been facing problem of sexual dysfunction since last two years .

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments.
1) Are you diabetic ?
2) Do you have hypertension (High Blood Pressure)?
3) Do you get good hard erection ?
4)Have you done any blood tests to estimate your serum Testosterone levels ?
5)Can you name out the injection that your Dr has suggested to take in the penis ?(These injections (Trimix or Caverjet )are usually recomonded when one is facing problem of ED that is Vasulogenic in origin and does not respond to Viagra or Cialis )
