Clinical examination needed

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for using the Ask a Doctor service.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concern. Going by the description those spasms do not seem to be related to your having myestgenia. However a thorough neurological evaluation as well as correlation of history is needed. It could be due to:
* Low calcium and vitamin D levels
* Abnormal electrical waves from the brain.

I would insist you to get an appointment with a neurologist.
