I Am Dealing With Nausea All The Time Basically. I

Question: I am dealing with nausea all the time basically. I am not pregnant either. Abdominal pain/ spasms or whatever you call it. Fatigue and recurring headaches. I don't know what to do. I have went to my family doctor but what he gave me doesn't seem to be taking care of the problem. Am i having a food intolerance or need 1MD Probiotics Platinum?
Brief Answer:
Add proton pump inhibitors...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It would help if you can specify the duration of symptoms. Do you have loose stools too?
The current set of symptoms are not specific and I am unable to connect it to any particular medical problem. I understand hyoscyamine isn't helping you much. Adding probiotic is a good idea if the symptoms are from a gut infection. I would also consider starting a proton pump inhibitor like prilosec OTC and see if it helps. Sometimes gastritis and dyspepsia presents with nausea, abdominal pain and headaches; hence my suggestion.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Brief Answer:
Try the proton pump inhibitor until you see the doctor...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As you said earlier, it's important to try and identify the cause here. We will be able to treat it specifically after the cause is found. An ultrasound scan, blood tests and if necessary and endoscope are entailed after a detailed abdominal examination. Your local doctor will know about these test.
Proton pump inhibitor drugs are more effective than zantac. And since zantac wasn't helping you earlier, I recommend you try the proton pump inhibitor. Dyspeptic symptoms are known to cause abdominal pain and cramps. And if it's related PPI will help you more than zantac would do.
Hope it's clear. Let me know if you still need clarifications.
